I fell in love with this Balsamic the moment I tried it. And great Balsamic is rare to find. It has a rich, complex flavor that I use it on EVERYTHING — sometimes even on a spoon in the middle of the night when nobody is watching.

Great Balsamic is rare to find, and I like mine thick with a deep full-bodied flavor. The Trebbiano and Lambrusco Grapes are carefully harvested in early Autumn by hand, where their juice, skins, seeds, and stems are cooked. This caramelizes the sugars, giving Balsamic Vinegar its rich, complex flavor. Our Balsamic Vinegar is then fermented and aged in Oak barrels over long seasons. It’s silky and viscous, with a deep, sweet flavor profile. - Richard

Flamingo Estate is a home and garden. In the 1940's, high atop the hills of Los Angeles, hidden by a lush orchard and dense gardens, the flamingo-pink estate became a hedonistic enclave of sun-worship, folk mythologies, and psychedelic remedies — a secret haven for wild alchemy in the City of Angels.

But it’s more than that, too. It’s the story of the many hands that have helped tend it. It’s a philosophy that champions slow ways and ancient practices. It’s a quest for intimacy — between plants and people, body and spirit, heaven and earth. They are committed to radical honesty, and use regenerative practices whenever possible. Mother Nature is a therapist, doctor and friend. Take care of her and she’ll take care of you.
