Len Collective

Position: Staff - Part Time (2-3 shifts a week, weekend availability)

We are seeking a new part-time staff member to join our small, dedicated, and creative team. This is a highly-skilled sales role requiring floor management, as well as one-on-one customer service. This role will primarily engage in customer service, as well as assist with various shop duties, organization, and cleaning as-needed. 

Founded and created by local owner Shannon Len, Len Collective has grown and flourished into a fine jewelry gallery and curated goods retail shop in downtown San Luis Obispo - representing nearly 100 fine+fashion jewelry artists, as well as dozens of independent personal and home fragrance creators, and other intentional goods.

Qualifications

1+ years retail or relevant customer service experience, jewelry or luxury retail preferred

Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

Strong communication skills, both internal and external

Ability to work individually on projects, but also a part of a small team

Self-motivated and hard-working

Interest in jewelry, perfume, and ethically-made goods

POS + Computer competency, Shopify and MacOS preferred

Punctuality, time management skills, and reliability

Additional skills considered: photography, merchandising, marketing, social media

Competitive base pay + shared sales commission

Holiday Bookshop Pop-up

Position: Staff, temporary/seasonal (multiple part-time positions available)

Seeking part-time staff for an exciting new concept, from Len Collective. New pop-up community bookstore and gathering space in downtown San Luis Obispo, open November-December 2025, with training beginning October 2025.

Qualifications

1+ years retail or customer service experience

Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

Ability to work individually on projects, but also a part of a small team

Self-motivated, hard-working, and, positive attitude

Interest in books, ethically-made goods, and fostering a community space

POS + Computer competency, Shopify and MacOS preferred
