Shipping policy

FULFILLMENT TIMELINE

Len Collective processes orders within 2-3 business days, unless it is a custom or made to order item (noted on product listings).

Orders are shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Special events and promotions may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your package is in on the way.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. Refused shipments are not eligible for refund.

PICKUP IN STORE

Pickup is available for all items in our San Luis Obispo, CA storefront during our regular business hours. Please select 'order pickup' at checkout, and we will have it packed up and ready for you - typically within a few business hours. If you would like your order gift wrapped for pickup, please indicate it in your order notes and we will make it look extra special.

FINE JEWELRY

All shipments are sent fully insured, and packages with a value over $500 will require a signature at delivery. Your package may go out through any of the three main carriers, USPS, UPS or FedEx. If you have a carrier preference, please indicate it in your order notes or contact us. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL

Please contact us to inquire about international shipping. Recipient is responsible for all import and tax fees. Refused shipments are not eligible for refund.

LOST PACKAGES

Len Collective is not held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. 

If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything possible we can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. 

If your package has been lost or you experience any difficulties in receiving your order, please reach out to us and we will assist you in working with the carrier. 

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us immediately regarding any order cancellations. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it may be cancelled. Please refer to our return / exchange policy.
