The LX Chocolate Baguette Diamond V Shape Scatter Ring is inspired by the medieval jewellery hoards which have been found across Scotland.
The softly distressed texture of the ring band contrasts with the colors of the diamonds. Ancient artifacts found buried within Ellis' family land in the Scottish Highlands are the inspiration behind her jewelry. As Ellis' collections have evolved over time, medieval treasures are reimagined through different shapes and forms, reimagined for today in gold and diamonds.
Ellis Mhairi Cameron originally studied for a BA in Jewelry & Silversmithing at the Glasgow School of the Art, before completing an MA in Jewelry Design at Central Saint Martins. Since launching her brand in 2018, Ellis sells her work internationally and her work has been featured in articles and photoshoots in publications such as Vogue, Financial Times, JCK & Forbes.
