This potion is then scented with sublime vanilla beans, caramel cream, sunny orange essential oil, sun-dried oranges, warming ginger, sexy cinnamon, and finally kissed by Rhodiola Rosea, nature’s pinnacle mood booster. Steep 1 teaspoon in 8oz 200 degree freshly heated filtered or spring water for 3-5 minutes. Strain sweeten as desired and sip magic!

Gaba Oolong is my favorite oolong which increases calm. While it gives you energy throughout the day, it allows for deeper sleep at night, so that your dreams are bright and clear. Gaba oolong is favored among tea connoisseurs & is made in the birthplace of oolong--Taiwan with a special process to increase the levels of γ-Aminobutyric acid, or GABA, which is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. Its principal role is to reduce excitability and calm the nervous system--something I find as a true gift in a busy world.

Rhodiola Rosea is an adaptogen proven to increase feel-good endorphins & blended with Gaba Oolong it makes you allllll warmmmmm and cozzzzzy!
