Coming from the Chinese province of Yunnan and put under a strictly controlled 5-year fermentation process, Puerh black tea is unlike any other and it serves as the star ingredient in Bohemian Breakfast. It develops a unique, wine-like taste and, thanks to its meticulous fermentation process, acts as a natural probiotic. Since our guts are responsible for 70% of our immune systems, this is what allows Bohemian Breakfast to help rebuild your gut flora, improve your digestion, fortify the stomach, improve mood, and fight sickness.

What is Puerh?

Pu-erh is a double fermented black tea. It is quite like no other tea in the world. Even though the Chinese have known Pu-erh’s amazing benefits for centuries, it became a prized discovery among Western tea lovers fairly recently. Only the leaves coming from the province of Yunnan and put under a strictly controlled fermentation process are to be called pu-erh; after spending 5 long years in warm and moist cellars, the tea develops its unique, wine-like taste.
