RETURNS: Exchange or store credit with receipt on full priced items within 30 days of purchase. Must be unworn and in original condition, including packaging. Items purchased at full price on our website may be exchanged in store within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If complimentary shipping was received by the customer, any exchange or store credit will be the amount of the item(s), less the original shipping charges incurred by the business.

All sale items, apothecary, perfumes, sunglasses and hats are final sale, both online and in store. 

Fine jewelry may be exchanged for store credit with receipt and in unworn original condition, within 30 days of purchase. Mailed returns must be fully insured with tracking, or may be exchanged in store. Any pieces that have been modified or sized we are unable to accept for exchange. All custom and special orders are final sale. All exchanges are up to the discretion of our management.

CANCELLATIONS: We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. If you need a modification we will make every attempt. Please email us with your order number and specific request.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates can be used both on line and store. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

SHIPPING: Our team processes orders within 48-72 hours unless it is a special order/made to order item (see noted on listing).

Orders are shipped during business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Special events and promotions may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package is in on the way. 

*PLEASE note: Once your order has shipped, we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. Tracking is available on standard shipping within the United States. International orders do not come with tracking.
